Sangeeta Narayan is the Founder and CEO of Catapulse Partners, a Palo Alto-based retained executive search firm she founded in 2013, specializing in placing C-suite, senior, and VP-level talent in Engineering, Product, Design, Legal, and HR roles.

With more than two decades of experience in executive recruiting, Sangeeta was the first Executive Recruiter at the White House, and served as the first or sole in-house recruiter building initial product and engineering teams at LinkedIn, Twitter, Square, Coursera, and Flipkart, as well as working on executive searches for Google. Over her career, she has helped build four companies that went on to reach unicorn status and subsequently go public.

Beyond her recruiting work, Sangeeta is an active startup investor and mentor, having coached women founders and product managers through programs including First Round and Carnegie Mellon’s entrepreneurship community. She studied Computer Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Originally from Jaipur, Rajasthan, she is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
