Aromar Revi

Aromar Revi is Director of the Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS). He is an alumnus of IIT-Delhi and the Law and Management schools of Delhi University, an international practitioner, researcher and educator with 30 years of interdisciplinary experience in public policy and governance, development, technology, sustainability & urbanisation. He is a member of the Leadership Council of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), has helped mobilise a successful international campaign for an urban Sustainable Development Goal in the UN’s post-2015 development agenda, bringing 300 cities and global urban organisations together worldwide. Aromar had the distinction in 2014 of addressing the United Nations twice at the General Assembly’s OWG in New York & at TEDx Palais des Nations in Geneva on sustainable cities.
