Jay Goyal

Jay Goyal is the President of Goyal Industries, a family owned metal manufacturer of components for the passenger railcar and electrical utility hardware industries. He also is a Harvard Business School Leadership Fellow at the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, a venture philanthropy fund based in Menlo Park. Previously, Jay served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives for 3 terms, serving as the Majority Whip for 1 term. For his civic accomplishments, TIME Magazine named him one of the “Top 40 Under 40 Rising Stars of American Politics.” Jay has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MPP from the Kennedy School of Government.
