Master of Public Administration Candidate, Harvard Kennedy School

Kesha Ram grew up in her Indian immigrant father and Jewish American mother’s Irish pub in Los Angeles, where she learned the value of family and hard work. She is currently a candidate to receive a Master of Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School after serving for eight years in the Vermont State Legislature representing Burlington. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont. She has served on the House General, Housing, & Military Affairs; Ways & Means; and Natural Resources & Energy Committees. She is a Morris K. Udall and Harry S. Truman Scholar, and serves on the boards of Planned Parenthood of Northern New England and the Vermont Natural Resources Council.
