Raymond Vickery

Ray Vickery is a leading advisor concerning U.S.-India relations. He took a primary role in the passage of the U.S.-India civil nuclear legislation and has been instrumental in U.S.-India initiatives on higher education, green energy, high technology, health security, intellectual property, and chemistry. Ray has forty-five years of experience with India, having first lived in India as a Fulbright Scholar. He served as Assistant Secretary of Commerce, Trade Development, from 1993 through 1997.
