Shohini Kundu is a doctoral student in Finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is interested in studying how monetary policy affects firm behavior. Earlier, she graduated with distinction and high honors from the Cornell University in three years, where she studied economics, computer science, and mathematics. Shohini is a regular contributor to several publications including Forbes, the New York Times, Huffington Post, and SeekingAlpha. She has received honors and awards from several notable organizations including the National Science Foundation, US Department of State, Intel Corporation, and Henry David Thoreau Foundation. Shohini serves on the board of directors of the Telluride Association, an educational non-profit organization with an endowment of >$50 million that offers educational opportunities and scholarships to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students with the greatest potentials.
