Vauhini Telikapalli, is a senior executive, who has held several senior leadership positions at Fortune global 500 companies in the US and Europe. During her ten years at General Motors, Vauhini progressively held several leadership positions overseeing complex operations. At The Dow Chemical Company, Vauhini was nominated by the C level management to shape, lead and sustain key strategic business initiatives, propelling the company’s growth in emerging geographies. In 2007, Vauhini was invited by the ministry of new and renewable energy to shape the national policy framework for Solar Photovoltaics in India. In 2011, Vauhini was nominated by the senior management at Alstom Power, headquartered in Switzerland, to lead the commercialization of carbon capture and storage technologies globally. Currently based in Switzerland, Vauhini is a freelance management consultant and advisor to McKinsey, BCG and Bain and Co, with expertise in Strategy, Sustainability and Green Technologies. Vauhini holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, India.
