Beyond business, Ajit is deeply committed to social impact, and he established the Quess Foundation, CSR arm of Quess Corp, that has so far supported over 16,000 students across 75 government-run schools. His personal philanthropic initiatives under the Ajit Isaac Foundation include partnerships with the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore to set up The Isaac Centre of Public Health, and with CMC Vellore to establish a paediatric specialty centre in collaboration with Fairfax and Quess.
