Dr. Shyam holds advanced degrees in relevant fields that contribute to his effective leadership and informed decision-making. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from B.M.S. College of Engineering and Master of Science in Grain Science at Kansas State University, USA. Additionally, he achieved a Ph.D. through Doctoral research on Automotive Logistics.

Beyond his remarkable contributions to education, Dr. Shyam is widely recognised for his exceptional achievements in the business world. He has been a guiding force for numerous start-ups in the fields of battery technology and electric cars. He embodies the spirit of innovation, constantly pushing boundaries and seeking solutions to the challenges of our time. He also holds the unmatched record of winning the prestigious President Award of Ford India four times in a row – an achievement yet to be surpassed by any dealer in Asia.
