Gaurav Manchanda is a serial entrepreneur and investor driven by the belief that business can be a force for good. As Founder and Director of the Nimida Group, he leads a portfolio of purpose-driven ventures spanning consumer goods, sports, digital innovation, and capital investments. His brands include The Organic World, a fast-growing sustainable retail chain; WellBe Foods, a clean-label snacks company; and FC Bengaluru United, a professional football club that also operates youth academies and grassroots programs across India.

A graduate of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and Boston University, Gaurav blends strategic thinking with a people-first leadership style. His work centers on building transparent, values-led organisations that combine profitability with long-term social and environmental impact. He also serves on the Boston University International Advisory Board and as a Trustee of the Ankur Foundation, where he helps foster community, education, and entrepreneurship.
