Pranay Agrawal is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fractal, a global AI and analytics firm empowering organizations with decision intelligence and data-driven solutions.

Pranay co-founded Fractal in 2000 in Mumbai and served as Co-Founder & EVP of Global Client Development before being appointed CEO in 2016, succeeding fellow co-founder Srikanth Velamakanni. Under his leadership, Fractal has grown into one of the world’s most respected analytics and AI companies, working with more than 50 Fortune 500 clients to embed analytics into their decisions and processes.

Prior to Fractal, Pranay worked at ICICI Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank, and SB Billimoria & Co.

He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bangalore University, and is a Certified Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. He received the Young Alumni Achievers Award in Entrepreneurship from IIM Ahmedabad in 2019.
