Raghav Raghunathan

Raghav Raghunathan is a technology and business transformation leader serving as Vice President, AI Transformation at Microsoft, where he works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise transformation, and organizational change. His current work focuses on helping organizations translate AI capabilities into measurable business value and rethink how they operate in an AI-first environment. 

Raghav joined Microsoft in 2026 following a 12-year career at McKinsey & Company, where he most recently served as a Partner in the Bay Area, advising telecommunications and technology companies on growth transformation, strategy, and commercial operations. He worked with senior executives across industries on large-scale transformation and business strategy. 

At Microsoft, Raghav has been closely involved in the company’s own AI transformation and the development of its Frontier Company approach. He recently contributed to Microsoft’s Frontier Playbook, which draws on more than 100 internal case studies examining how AI can move organizations beyond efficiency gains toward innovation, new experiences, and growth. 

Raghav brings a combination of strategy, technology, and transformation expertise, with a particular interest in how organizations can move from experimenting with AI to embedding it meaningfully across their businesses.
