Ritesh Idnani is a seasoned business leader with over 28 years of experience across public and private sectors in technology and technology-enabled services. He possesses deep expertise in enterprise B2B, spanning both services—including applications, infrastructure, and business processes—and products such as SaaS, BPaaS, PaaS, AI, and ML. Most recently, Ritesh served as Chief Revenue Officer at Uniphore, an enterprise-grade, AI-native company, where he collaborated with the founders to grow the business more than 2.5 times and positioned Uniphore as a market leader in conversational AI.

Before joining Uniphore, Ritesh was President at Tech Mahindra, overseeing a $1.4 billion portfolio comprising BPS, Software Products & Platforms, and Experience Design. Under his leadership, the business grew at 7 to 8 times the industry growth rate while maintaining industry-leading margins. He has also held CEO and advisory roles at venture capital and private equity-backed companies in financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.

Earlier in his career, Ritesh was part of the leadership team at Infosys, where he contributed to scaling the company’s revenue from $100 million to $8 billion. His foundational experience includes roles at Citigroup and PwC. Additionally, he has served on several boards, including Consolidated Aviation Services, BORN, Perigord, and Eventus.

Ritesh holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, a postgraduate honors diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, University of Mumbai.
