Sanjay Verma

Sanjay Verma is a Partner and Managing Director at AlixPartners, based in Silicon Valley, where he advises technology companies on growth, innovation, transformation, and strategy.

Sanjay brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with expertise spanning growth strategy, product development, digital transformation, operations, and technology-enabled business models. At AlixPartners, he works with clients to understand evolving customer needs, strengthen competitive positioning, develop differentiated offerings, and build effective routes to market.

Before joining AlixPartners, Sanjay was a Senior Partner and Chief Development Officer at Strategy&, the consulting arm of PwC. Earlier, he was a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group, where he worked in the technology, media, and telecommunications practice. His career also includes leadership roles at Flex and McKinsey & Company.

Sanjay holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.
