A former Wall Street Managing Director and technology banking executive, Sreej brings 25 years of front-line experience across global capital markets — having built, led, and advised trading, markets technology, and investment banking franchises across New York, London, and Asia Pacific.

After two and a half decades shaping some of the world’s most complex financial markets institutions, Sreej launched Transient.AI in 2025 with a founding conviction: that regulated markets deserve AI built to Wall Street’s standards – governed, auditable, and genuinely intelligent.
