Srinivas Njay is the Co-Founder and CEO of interface.ai, a leading technology company that provides AI-powered virtual assistants automating call centers for financial institutions in over 119 languages via voice and text. Under his leadership, interface.ai’s Intelligent Virtual Assistants power more than 100 credit unions and banks worldwide, serving over 16 million customers, and the company has achieved the milestone of becoming the most valuable agentic AI company in financial services, following a major funding round in October 2024.

Sri has over a decade of experience in Artificial Intelligence, spanning his graduate studies, an influential tenure at Microsoft, and the founding of interface.ai. Prior to interface.ai, he held product management roles at Microsoft and Electronic Arts. His innovative leadership has earned wide recognition, including a Forbes magazine cover feature celebrating him as the “Bootstrap Baller” for steering interface.ai’s growth as a bootstrapped enterprise.

Srinivas holds a B.Tech from Siddaganga Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
