Founding Partner of o3 Capital and iManaging Partner and Co-head, Investment Banking

Srinivas (“Srini”) is a Founding Partner of o3 Capital and its Managing Partner and Co-head, Investment Banking. o3 Capital is a leading focused investment bank based in India with strong credentials in capital syndication and cross-border M&A and has been consistently ranked among the top three investment banks based out of India by Bloomberg.

Srini has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has advised on several M&A and private equity transactions totalling more than USD 5 billion in aggregate transaction value. As the investment banking practice lead at o3 Capital, he brings deep expertise across the Technology, Consumer, Healthcare, and Industrial sectors. He has also been instrumental in developing o3 Capital’s investment banking activities in the United States, particularly along the Indo-US corridor.

Prior to co-founding o3 Capital, Srini set up and headed the India investment banking operations of TAIB Bank, a leading Middle East-based international bank.

Srini serves as a member of the Investment Committee of the Yunus Social Business Fund, Bengaluru (YSBFB), an investment vehicle that funds social businesses designed to generate profit while remaining financially self-sustaining. YSBFB and YSB India are part of YSB Global Initiatives, co-founded by Nobel Peace Laureate Muhammad Yunus. At YSBFB, Srini works closely with businesses across healthcare, education, agriculture, and housing.

Srini is also one of the founders of The Sports School and is widely credited as its visionary. Known for his ability to forge partnerships, he was instrumental in bringing together the sporting and education partners behind the institution, which is built to help young athletes pursue sporting excellence alongside a formal academic education.

Srini is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an M.Com degree from Bangalore University.
