Vikas Raj

Vikas Raj is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ResilienceVC, a venture capital firm investing in technology-driven startups that strengthen the financial resilience of all Americans. A seasoned fintech specialist, Vikas has a career track record of investing in 80+ startups, helping them secure over $1 billion in capital and creating more than $5 billion in enterprise value. Prior to ResilienceVC, he served as Managing Director at Accion Ventures, where he led the fund’s global investment strategy, following a career in investment banking at Evercore Partners and Deloitte Consulting.

Beyond his investment work, Vikas is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, where he teaches early-stage venture capital, and serves as Chair of the Investment Committee for The Catalyst Fund. His leadership extends to the nonprofit and civic sectors as a Board Member of the Accion Opportunity Fund and Chair of the South Asian Impact Foundation. Vikas holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.  He is based in Washington, D.C.
