He is the Chairman of Khaitan Education Center, which runs premier K-12 schools in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Bengal, having more than 200 students. He has been instrumental in rebranding “Wild Orchid,” a fashion house, into what is now known as “Karuna Khaitan,” ready-to-wear fashion garments available across various cities in India

As Chairman of Khaitan Education Centre, He leads the strategic vision for premier K-12 institutions, shaping the future of 6,200+ students across India. his role extends beyond administration—he actively drives curriculum innovation, EdTech adoption, and leadership development to ensure students thrive in a dynamic world.

Beyond education, he is an avid investor. he has successfully built and scaled ventures. As a strategic investor, he focuses on high-growth startups and equity markets in India & the US, identifying disruptive opportunities. He also served as Co-Chair of FICCI ARISE, an initiative committed to reimagining India's school education ecosystem, and as President of Khushi, an NGO impacting 223,000+ lives through education.
