Sunder Narayana is the Founder and Executive Director of Sosaley Australasia, a Sydney-based technology company specialising in electronic device design, connected healthcare solutions, and product commercialisation. He is leading the company’s expansion across Australia and New Zealand by building strategic partnerships across the MedTech and engineering sectors while driving innovation and market growth.

With more than 30 years of international executive leadership experience, Sunder has successfully led business and technology transformation across financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and professional services throughout Australia, India, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. He has built and led high-performing global teams, established governance frameworks, managed complex transformation portfolios, and advised executive leadership on strategy, technology, and organisational change.

Today, Sunder is focused on accelerating healthcare innovation through connected medical technologies while helping organisations commercialise innovation, strengthen governance, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. His leadership style combines strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and a strong commitment to building collaborative, high-performing organisations.

Sunder holds an MBA from the Birla Institute of Management Technology and is a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) with extensive experience in executive leadership, portfolio governance, and enterprise transformation.
