Sanjay Wadhwa is the Deputy Director of the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as of 2024. With over two decades of experience in securities law enforcement, Wadhwa has been instrumental in investigating and prosecuting complex financial fraud cases, including insider trading and market manipulation. He joined the SEC in 2006 and has held various positions, where he has successfully led numerous high-profile investigations. 

Wadhwa is recognized for his strategic approach to enforcement and his commitment to protecting investors and maintaining market integrity. His leadership has also involved collaboration with other regulatory agencies and law enforcement to strengthen the SEC’s enforcement capabilities.
