Kevin Lobo is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Stryker Corporation, a leading global medical technology company. He became CEO in October 2012 and assumed the role of Chair of the Board in July 2014. Lobo joined Stryker in 2011 and had previously served as Group President of Orthopaedics. Lobo received an undergraduate degree from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Toronto. He has a broad business career across multiple industries, having held finance positions with KPMG, Unilever and Kraft Canada.

Under his leadership, Stryker’s revenues have grown from $8 billion to over $15 billion—a phenomenal track record. Lobo serves on the Board of Directors for Parker Hannifin (NYSE:PH) and the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed). He is also a member of the Business Council.

His extensive experience spans multiple industries and functions, with particular expertise in finance, operations, and strategic leadership in the medical technology sector. Lobo has been instrumental in driving Stryker’s growth through strategic acquisitions and operational excellence across its global operations.
