Sandeep Kalra serves as the Executive Director and CEO of Persistent Systems, a leading global digital engineering and enterprise modernization partner. With over 30 years of experience in the IT services industry, Sandeep has a proven track record of revitalizing businesses to boost growth and profitability.

Sandeep joined Persistent Systems in May 2019 as President of the Technology Services unit, coming from HARMAN International, a Samsung company. He was promoted to CEO, where he has successfully transformed the three-decade-old company and propelled it to new heights through his visionary leadership.  Sandeep is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, bringing strong business acumen and strategic thinking to his leadership role.

As CEO and Executive Director of Persistent Systems, Sandeep leads the company’s global operations from his base in New Jersey. Under his leadership, Persistent Systems has strengthened its position as a trusted partner for digital transformation, serving clients across various industries with innovative technology solutions.
