Serial Entrepreneur
Preeti started her career in finance, working in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. She then moved to investing in technology and software companies—first as a private equity investor at General Atlantic and later as a public investor at Scout Capital, a New York-based hedge fund.
She also founded an art investment business, Oculus Partners, which focuses on contemporary Indian art. She has attended auctions and visited galleries throughout the U.S., India, and the United Kingdom, and continues to collect contemporary Indian art avidly.
Preeti currently serves on the Advisory Council for the Princeton University Art Museum and was previously a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cummer Art Museum. She has also served on the Board of Trustees of The Hewitt School in New York and The Bolles School in Jacksonville, FL.
Preeti and her husband Sanjay live in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, and have three children (Isha, Akshay, Raina). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and operations research from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in computer science from Stanford University
