C. Keshav R. Murugesh, Group CEO of WNS Holdings, delivered a stellar performance in 2025. He propelled the company to $1.3 billion in FY 2024 revenue, with a global workforce exceeding 63,000 across 16 countries—significantly expanding its digital-led BPM footprint. Murugesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Under his leadership, WNS became a frontrunner in domain‑intensive BPM, integrating AI and analytics to co-create transformative solutions—such as slashing false positives by 60% for an insurance client via GenAI deployment. He also reinforced WNS’s ESG commitments through the WNS Cares Foundation, reaching over 100,000 underprivileged children across education and mentorship programs.

Murugesh is a past Chairperson of NASSCOM and chaired the NASSCOM BPM Council for two consecutive terms. He is the Chairman of The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) UK India Business Forum (IBF). As a thought leader, Murugesh championed stronger public‑private partnerships at NTLF 2025.
