Srini Pallia is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Wipro Limited, one of India’s leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services companies. He assumed this role in April 2024, marking a significant milestone in his three-decade career with the company.

Born in 1967 and raised in India, Pallia earned his Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore between 1990 and 1992. He is a distinguished alumnus of IISc, Harvard, and McGill University, having attended advanced leadership programs at these prestigious institutions.  Pallia joined Wipro in 1992, making him a true company veteran with over three decades of experience. Throughout his tenure, he has held numerous leadership positions that have shaped his understanding of the global technology services industry.  As CEO and Managing Director, Pallia sets the vision and strategy for Wipro’s business, leading a team of global leaders to drive consistent execution of Wipro’s AI-powered, consulting-led approach across six key industry sectors. His leadership style emphasizes strengthening business performance while accelerating growth through innovation and strategic market positioning.
