Nikhil Ravishankar is the Chief Executive Officer-designate of Air New Zealand, set to officially assume the role on October 20, 2025. Ravishankar joined Air New Zealand in September 2021 as Chief Digital Officer, where he has since been instrumental in advancing the airline’s technology infrastructure and enhancing the customer experience. Before joining Air New Zealand, he held senior leadership roles at Vector, where he led digital transformation, and at Accenture across various global markets.

Ravishankar holds bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Commerce from the University of Auckland. Recognized for his vision and digital expertise, he brings a blend of New Zealand values and international experience to his leadership.
