Rudra is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience on Wall Street and across AI, fintech, digital payments, ecommerce, venture investing, and enterprise technology.

Rudra is the Co-Founder of Turgon AI, a Silicon Valley-based AI-native system integrator that uses autonomous AI agents to deliver enterprise data migrations and integrations 5x faster at 40% lower cost than traditional firms. Backed by Slow Ventures and Founder Collective, Turgon is transforming how enterprises modernize their data infrastructure.

Previously, Rudra was General Partner at Green Frontier Capital, a New York and India-based Climate Tech fund – investing in Electric Mobility, FoodTech, AgTech, and Renewable Energy. He served as Executive Director and CFO of Paytm Mall, India’s third largest ecommerce company at the time, and as CEO & MD of Saxobank India for over five years. Earlier in his career, Rudra spent a decade on Wall Street, in technology, and in private equity in Europe, including as a Director at Dawnay Day (£10B AUM) and in Investment Banking at Citi.

Rudra is Honorary Global President of Khushii NGO, India’s preeminent private educational charity serving over 200,000 beneficiaries across India. He is an active angel investor in the US and India.

Rudra holds an MBA from Cornell University and completed his undergraduate degree at Shri Ram College of Commerce.
